The following terms and conditions will apply to all vehicle movements that have been arranged.
Accepted quotes verbal or written will need to be confirmed by e-mail and if requested an order number provided.
All vehicles will have an exterior inspection any damage is recorded for both parties to sign before the vehicle is accepted. A signature confirming the vehicle condition will be requested on delivery. Once the vehicle has been inspected and signed for, Wheels Up Vehicle Delivery Ltd will have no further liability and cannot be held responsible for any future claims as to its cosmetic condition or roadworthiness.
Vehicle inspections are based on the opinions of the driver following a visual assessment of the condition of the vehicle and are subject to light and weather conditions at the time of collections. If a road test is required this will need to be requested in writing at time of booking, additional charges may apply.
Motor trade insurance policies as standard do not cover chips, damage, punctures, glass damage from road debris. Wheels Up Vehicle Delivery Ltd do not accept liability for Incidents of this nature as they can occur regardless of the care taken by any driver.
Vehicle must be fully roadworthy, with valid MOT, before requesting a driven movement. Should a vehicle breakdown whilst in our care through no fault of a Wheels Up Vehicle Delivery Ltd driver, recovery of the vehicle will be arranged to a point of your choice. All recovery costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in addition to your invoice. Waiting time from point of breakdown until the vehicle is moving onward are charged at £12.50 +VAT per 30 minutes, plus (if applicable) costs to re-locate the driver to the original destination point.
Our drivers will make every effort to ensure the vehicle arrives at the agreed time. Despite our best-efforts unforeseen incidents such as road accidents, road closures and traffic due to public transport failures or local events can cause delays. Wheels Up Vehicle Delivery Ltd will make reasonable efforts to keep all parties informed of such delays and provide an estimated time of arrival where necessary.
Vehicles must be available and accessible on the time agreed at point of order. A time slot of 30 minutes is allocated to drivers to collect a vehicle. The receiver of the vehicle must be available at the time agreed at point of order. A time slot of 30 minutes is allocated to drivers to deliver a vehicle. If a vehicle handover is requested the driver is allocated an additional 30 minutes to demonstrate the vehicle and complete any paperwork. Waiting time is charged to the person or company that agreed to collection or delivery at a rate of £12.50 +VAT per 30-minute wait after the initial 30 minutes and will be included in addition to your invoice.
Cancellations will only be accepted 24 hours before the agreed scheduled collection or delivery. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation charge equal to the original value of the quote.
Payment of invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Where an order number has been requested but not supplied the invoice is still due on the due date. Where no account is held, Wheels Up Vehicle Delivery Ltd will require payment in full before the vehicle is collected or at point of delivery if agreed in writing at the point the job is confirmed by both parties.
